Green Banana Smoothie (Serves 1)

2 frozen Bananas
1 tsp Matcha
1 cup Spinach
¾ cup water or milk of choice
½ tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more liquid to adjust the consistency if required.
Overnight Golden Oats (Serves 2)
Oats is one of the most affordable breakfast options that will keep you full for a long time. Combined with the goodness of Turmeric, this overnight oats recipe will give your metabolism the boost it needs.
1 cup Rolled Oats
2 cup milk
⅓ tsp Turmeric
⅛ tsp Vanilla Essence
1 tsp Agave Nectar (or any sweetener of choice)
Put milk in a medium-sized mason jar. Add turmeric, vanilla essence, agave nectar and whisk until smooth.
Add oats, thoroughly mix with a spoon and close the jar.
Place the jar in the refrigerator overnight.
Next morning, take out the jar and enjoy with preferred toppings like nuts or fresh fruits.
Veggie Frittata (Serves 2)
For Sunday mornings when you have a little extra time on your hands, prepare this delightful frittata that’s scrumptious yet healthy.
2 cups Spinach, packed
1 cup Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp milk
½ cup Cheddar Cheese (optional)
¼ tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Paprika
⅓ tsp Garlic Powder
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Prepare a suitable baking dish by coating the bottom and sides with a light layer of olive oil.
In a large bowl, crack eggs and whisk thoroughly with milk, seasonings and cheese.
Put a splash of olive oil in a skilled place over medium heat. Once the oil heats up, add spinach and mushroom. Cook till soft and browned. Season with salt and pepper
Add cooked spinach and mushroom into the whisked eggs. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Let it cool for at least 5 minutes. Cut up pieces and serve with a side of buttered toast.
